SimplyQuoting is professional quoting software built for trades and small businesses. It replaces the spreadsheets, Word documents, and back-of-envelope calculations that most small contractors rely on with a purpose-built quoting engine that handles the calculations, itemizes the work, and produces a branded quote automatically. Businesses use it to send accurate quotes to clients in minutes rather than hours, and to offer customers a self-service intake form embedded directly on their own website.

SimplyQuoting launched in April 2026 and is currently in early access. The first two quoting engines target waterjet cutting shops and general construction and fit-out contractors: two trades where manual quoting is slow and error-prone. More engines are in development.
